Frequently Asked Questions

Are all of your products made in New Zealand?    Yes, all products featured on this website are designed and made in New Zealand. Pearson & Craig products are crafted to capture the essence of New Zealand's flora and minerals.

How are orders shipped?    Orders within New Zealand are shipped using a standard courier. International orders are shipped using New Zealand Air International Post. This is an insured parcel service, but it is not a track-and-trace service. If you require a different courier service, please change "Calculate Shipping Automatically" to "No" during the checkout procedure and specify your preference in the "Additional Delivery Instructions" box. You will be able to submit your order, but you will not need to pay right away. We can then liaise with you to find a more suitable courier option.
For heavy orders, you may be required to request a shipping quote. In this case, you won't be charged right away. Instead we will liaise with you first to identify the best price for shipping the products to you.

How long will my order take to arrive?    Once your order has been dispatched, the target delivery time is next business day within New Zealand, 3-6 working days to Australia and 6-10 working days to the rest of the world.

Which currency will I be charged in?   All orders are billed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Any currency conversion from your local currency to New Zealand Dollars will be subject to the normal fees of PayPal and/or your card issuer. Currency conversions displayed on this website are for your convenience only and, while they should be approximately correct, the exact amount you see on PayPal and your credit card statement may vary slightly.

Does the price include tax?   The price listed on this website includes New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST). If you live outside New Zealand, it is possible that your country may require further tax to be paid.

What payment options are accepted?   We accept payments using PayPal and, for customers with New Zealand bank accounts, direct bank transfer. PayPal supports Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If you have a PayPal account, you can also pay using credit available on your account. However, you do not need an account to use PayPal to pay for your products. 

When I am transferred through to PayPal, I see "Atmor Sales & Marketing" and not "Pearson & Craig Cosmetics". Is this correct?     Yes, this is correct. Pearson & Craig Cosmetics is owned by Atmor Sales & Marketing. 

Can I pay with direct bank transfer if my bank account is outside New Zealand?   Yes, you can. However, we advise against it as the fees charged by the sending and/or receiving bank (and, in some cases, third party banks) can be very high. If you wish do this, please contact us first. 

Which bank account should bank transfers be made to? Our bank account details should be sent to you by email when you place your order. If you do not receive this confirmation email, you should contact us . For your reference, our bank account details are:
