No Paine can be used to relieve the discomfort of simple back ache, strains, sprains, bruises and minor anches and pains of muscles and joints associated with arthritis.

Active ingredients: Capsicum Oleoresin with 0.25% Capsaicin, Manuka Oil, Black Cohosh Extract, Licorice Extract, Camomile, Calendula, Alfalfa, Aloe Vera.

Directions: Shake thoroughle before use. Clean area to be treated and leave damp. Apply to the skin and rub well in untill all the lotion is absorbed and the area is dry. Repeat application immediately. Where possible apply to both sides of the joint. Can be used up to 4 times daily.

Recommended for use by anyone 12 years of age and over.
